Newspaper readings, film footage, parliamentary ministers, medical advisors, scientists, television screaming at us “Stay at Home”, “Save the NHS” clap hands every Thursday, no people, no traffic…The image of the virus - a circle, a circle within a circle, spikes sprouting, invisible to the world, ruined tragedies and deaths. The visual impact of ten weeks of self-isolation inspired “The Silent C Series”.
